How long does the delivery take?

Your personalized products will be produced immediately once we receive your order. The delivery time depends on the type and quantity of products, as well as the delivery address, among other factors. On average, standard delivery takes 5-7 days. With express delivery, your products will be delivered to you in an average of 3-4 days.

You can find more detailed information during the ordering process after adding the products to your shopping cart.

Which products can I have printed?

We have a wide selection of products, including various T-shirts and hoodies. But we also offer other items, such as mugs, hats, cushions, and over 100 more.

How do I design a product?

  1. Click on Create to generate unique product designs with the help of Artificial Intelligence. Describe in as much detail as possible how you want your design to look. For the best possible results from AI, check here
  2. Next, choose the design that you like the most and download it. The design will be automatically optimized for printing, and you will be directed to our design tool in the shop.
  3. Upload your design in the design tool and further customize your product with various templates, text, and shapes.
  4. Once you're done, you can easily place an order or add the product to your cart and create more designs.

What do I need to consider when placing an order?

Make sure you choose the correct size and quantity of your products. If you have made a mistake with your order, make sure to read the answer in the Return Policy question.

Furthermore, ensure that you provide the correct delivery address and contact information.

Opt for express delivery to get your products even faster.

Return Policy

Each item is personalized and printed specifically for you, which is why we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund.
However, you can edit your order as long as we haven't started printing yet. If you want to make changes, you need to act quickly, as we do too. Once your items are in production, cancellations are no longer possible.

How to edit your order:
Open the order confirmation email as soon as possible. In it, you'll find a link leading to your current order. If your order is marked as pending or new, you can cancel it easily. Afterward, place a new order with the desired changes.
